The instance is not loading when multiple users are performing UAT and is hanging
Hi,
We are experiencing performance issues with a custom business rule during UAT, especially when multiple users are active. The rule appears to become stuck, causing a noticeable spike in CPU usage and significantly slowing down the entire system.
As a result, we are unable to perform other critical activities such as posting journals and recomputing ownership. While the rule is mostly optimized—it typically completes in 3–4 minutes in other environments—this issue seems to be specific to the current instance under load.
Please provide potential solutions to address this performance bottleneck.
