Output not getting generated in the View Extract Flow but It generate DOR at person.

Summary:

I Have created the HCM extract with DOR functionality

The template has also been given the BI Administrator & BI Consumer roles in Permissions.

The extract runs successfully but the file is getting generated at DOR level .

it doesn't shows ESS_BI_***_OP (Screenshot attached) in the View Extract Flow

What could be the issue? Any suggestions?
