Impact of changing the time-zone (from EST to GMT) in "Manage planning source system"

Currently "Manage planning source system">TimeZone is set as EST, but the Source ERP (Oracle EBS) timezone is in GMT.
So we want to change the time zone in planning to GMT to match it with source ERP(Oracle EBS).

But we wanted to know about the impact of this change as it is production Live environment.
