Task Manager widget expanded in FCCS but collapsed in EPBCS Home Page

In Oracle FCCS, the Task Manager widget on the Home page appears in an expanded view by default, showing counts for Announcements, Late, Today, Seven Days, and Open tasks - which is very helpful.

However, in Oracle EPBCS (PBCS), the same Task Manager widget shows in a collapsed view, requiring users to click to expand it manually. Both environments have tasks and user groups assigned.

Just to note: We have recently migrated all tasks from FCCS to EPBCS, and everything is working functionally as expected — the only issue is this difference in how the Task Manager displays on the Home page.
