How to translate data to a local language using BIP Template in Fusion

Hi oracle experts,

We are trying to customize our PO Print Template by translating it to a local language (like Japanese), but we are only able to translate the label or static texts in the template and not the actual data. Can't find any documentation in oracle related to this matter.

Can someone advise if this is possible or not? If possible, please guide us on how to do it
