Unable to Create Item Class Using REST API

Summary:

Hello Team,

We are exploring to implement the Agile PLM with Fusion PIM. To proceed on this, we are using SOAP where we able to create item class and sub class, associate attribute group to existing class/sub class.

{Fusion URL}/fscmService/ItemClassServiceV2?WSDL

To implement the same using REST, could help us to find the REST API URL, if it is feasible share the sample REST API payload.
