lag when scrolling data form that has 300 columns / 500 rows

in EPM Cloud - Planning data form - 

we are facing a lag in opening a data form which has 300 columns (dragging from left to right)

and similarly in scrolling from top to bottom (that has around 500 rows)

Is there any setting that can be used to optimize the lag (it takes ~20 secs) for the form to open up correctly when scrolled right / bottom
