Redwood personalization helper tool not migrating request forms from classic Requisition UI

Summary:

We have tried to enable redwood UI for Self Service Procurement but request forms from classic UI of Purchase Requisition page have not moved to Redwood UI under Purchase Requisition (New) UI. We have used 'SCM Redwood Personalization Helper' tool to migrate the ADF personalization from Classic UI. Attaching screenshot of request forms of classic UI which we are expecting in Redwood UI. Any help or suggestions on this is hugely appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
