Load Update Error of Paternity Absence Records from HDL for Northern Ireland Check Box

We are updating existing Paternity Records with the 'Northern Ireland ' check box checked to 'Yes' via the HDL Template for Absence. Getting Load error for some , not all records ( see next section)

We are getting the following Load error when trying to update existing Paternity Absence records with the Northern Ireland check box set to Yes. This is to comply with the new UK legislation for Statutory Paternity announce for April 2024 .

We can update successfully 75% of our records, but the remainder are throwing up this error.

We can update the existing Paternity records which are causing the issue via the I no problem.
