Absence balance termination payout

Summary:

We have a requirement where, at the time of termination, the employee should be paid 100% of the current year's accrual balance and 75% of the carryover balance.

What is the appropriate Fast Formula type to use for this requirement?

We have configured a final disbursement rule Fast Formula at the plan level using the Fast Formula type "Global Absence Plan Use Rate."

This formula returns a single rate code. However, we do not see an option to return two different rate codes for separate balance components, such as current year accruals and carryover balances.

Has anyone come across a similar requirement? Any thoughts or suggestions?
