Shipment header missing from planned shipment

Hi Team,

Planned shipment is getting created for secondary charge shipment,
But in some cases, the Shipment header is missing in the planned shipment xml.

There is no issue with the secondary charge shipment data, as later via Integration manager→ for same shipment object planned shipment xml can be extracted.
