Dears.

We are exploring the possibility of integrating Oracle Fusion HCM Self-Service features with WhatsApp to allow employees to initiate and request HR-related services through WhatsApp. The objective is to enhance accessibility and user experience by enabling employees to interact with the system via a familiar communication platform.
We would like to understand whether Oracle currently provides native support or recommended frameworks, APIs, or middleware for such integration. Specifically,we are looking for guidance or documentation on the following:
• Visibility and limitations of integrating WhatsApp with Oracle FusionSelf-Service
• Available APIs or tools (e.g., Oracle Digital Assistant, Webhooks, etc.) thatsupport WhatsApp integration
