Recruiter Should Not See WOTC Eligibility (Tax credits section)

We are encountering an issue with configuring the visibility of the WOTC eligibility section for recruiters. Previously, we successfully implemented this restriction using Page Composer within the Responsive UI. However, as we transition to Redwood and attempt to customize the same feature using VBS, the section does not appear on the job application screen in VBS. Did anyone encountered this issue? If so, what is the resolution or workaround.
