I am looking to upload a file in inbox/outbox folder using REST API.

The Upload (oracle.com) command doesn't seem to be working for me. Below are the links I tried to use as post method, but none of its worked.

https:xyz.com/interop/rest/11.1.2.3.600/applicationsnapshots/file_name.csv/contents

https:xyz.com/interop/rest/v3/files (passed the file name as parameters)
