Issue with OTBI – General Ledger Journal Real Time Dashboard

We are currently experiencing an issue with the OTBI – General Ledger Journal Real Time Dashboard. Specifically, some of the accounting segments are not visible in the dashboard.

To address this, we have recompiled and deployed the COA structure, and we have also executed the “Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence” job. Despite these efforts, all segments are visible except for a couple of spare segments and intercompany segments.
