Employee search in Redwood pages

Summary:

Hi Experts!

Anyone have any idea on what basis does the employee search results shows up in Employment Info person spotlight change assignment or other assignment pages? Like does this showing results randomly or based on any parameters? If yes, can we alter those to make it sorted as per our requirement (for ex: based on person number)?
