Position Field in HireAnEmployee page (Assignment section)

Setting Position Field to Visible is not working

On the Hire an Employee page, using VBStudio I have set the Position field to Visible in the Assignment Section. However, when I go to Preview mode, I do not see the Position field. I have temporarily deactivated all my other rules in case one of them is messing with it.
