How to fetch the below utility package source code from oracle fusion instance.

Summary:

We are working on the PO PDF report, to fetch requester phone number details. As per our analysis the requester phone number is begin fetched by utility package "PO_BIP_HELPER.get_person_contact_info(NULL,'PHONE',NULL)".Looks like few persons contact details is not been fetched as expected. So we would like to know the source code of the utility package or as an alternative, like to know the oracle fusion base table fetch requester phone number.
