Bell Notifications Not Working

Hello,
we’ve encountered an issue where bell notifications have suddenly stopped working in Oracle HCM. We are unsure of the root cause.

As a first step, we ran the "Synchronize Notifications in Global Header" process, but unfortunately this did not resolve the problem. Notifications still do not appear in the bell icon, even after actions that should normally trigger them.

Could you please advise on how to proceed or if there are any additional steps or configurations we should check?
