Contract Resource Data Masking

We perform data masking in our lower pods for HCM data.

In our environment, we are finding that the Project Contract Administrator goes through an additional data mask.

So we have:

PROD Joe Smith

DEV: Joe Smith masked to Allison Garcia

DEV: Allison Garcia masked to lsdjfdl laskjdfjd

Is this a configurable data masking item. Any insight is appreciated, will also post in PPM and Contracts areas. Have you seen this in your Contracts for those using HCM data masking?
