Issues with Demand Cutoff Date and Offset parameters for the Min-Max Planning Report

We have been doing some use cases and observed the following:

1. When the demand cut off date is provided: Let's say I keep the demand cutoff date as 30th May 2025, the system considers the demand till 30th May 2025.

2. When the demand cutoff date offset is provided: Lets say I keep it as 10, then demand cutoff date in report changes to today's date plus 10 days. Which means 29 May 2025 + 10 days which is 08 June 2025.

3. When we give a combination of both: Lets say we give cutoff date as 13th May 2025, and offset as 13 days, we are getting all demands till the date of 26th May 2025 which is 13th May plus 13 days.
