Employee is able to add timecard on submitted leave day , Need to restrict timecard entry on absence

Summary:

We have integrated absence to time and labor so employee can view his absence on timecard but as best practice employee should not be able to add timecard on leave day but system is not restricting it and employee is able to submit time card even on day of leave
