How to overwrite calendar exception sheet data while uploading SCP Calendar import template ?

After uploading the FBDI SCP calendar import template we have to make some changes in calendar exception sheet but oracle is giving error that we cannot overwrite the already updated template?Also we tried uploading new calendar but some error is occuring in exception sheet?
