Issue with two active budget controls

Hello,

My client had at the first time one control budget with parent detail. But then, they realize that they need a control budget with child detail. It was created but right now both control budgets are co-living. One have one specific segment structure and the another one, other segment structure.

I have some questions regarding this:

Is it possible to close one and do any kind of reclassification to the new budget? How it will work if I close the first one?

Is there any workaround to "substitute" the first budget control if the second one is not retroactive? I mean, all the transactions will be without budget?
