Employee/Person Addresses not visible in per_addresses_f table

Summary:

We have loaded Employee/Person Home Addresses data using HCM HDL file and the load was successful. I can see the data in the table per_person_addr_usages_f but not in tables per_addresses_f or per_addresses. I dont even see them from the application person page.

Could you please help, what could be the reason?
