Is it possible to reference the same contract on Pos across two BUs that share same ledger ?

Summary:

In Oracle fusion application, we would like to understand if it is possible to reference the same contract on Purchase Order that are created under two different Buisness Units, provided both the Business Unit are associated with the same ledger.
