Data load failed due to invalid sub-segment values in the source data?

We have an integration from SAP to ARCS which was working fine from the past few years until the 16th of May.
The data format, the integration setup has not been modified in the recent times.
Beyond 16th of May 2025 We are getting the following error :
"Data load failed due to invalid sub-segment values in the source data. Ensure the sub-segments do not contain the dash character (-)."

Back in March 2025, the data file contained dash character (-) but we did not get an error back then. But now, we are getting the above-mentioned error.
