Is there a reason that the AI Causality For Exceptions produces a different result for rows?

Summary:

When viewing the report (see attachment), the first Account AI commentary is summarized and not numbered but the next Account AI commentary includes numbered results (1-5). Upon closing and opening the report, now both accounts have the numbered results. Opening a 3rd time I am back to first row without numbering and second row with numbering
