Issue using OGL editor when content opens in new tab

The page I'm trying to add an OGL tip to opens in a new tab outside of the editor, and I'm not sure how to get the editor there.

I'm trying to create a new OGL tip in the job offer process, and have run into an issue after the Fusion 25B update of the Recruiting Activity Center. I open the OGL full editor as usual, but when I select an offer letter to edit, that offer opens up in a new tab. The editor doesn't also open in the new tab (which is expected). Something similar happened previously and I was able to paste the new tab's URL into the editor tab and it worked great. However, that's not working here and it's giving me a redirect and
