Conditional Display of OGL Message on Add Absence UI

Fusion : 25B , Full license for OGL

I have a requirement to display an OGL message on the HCM > Add Absence UI whenever the duration of an absence exceeds 60 days. Ideally, we’d like this message to appear only for specific absence types—such as Sick Leave—if possible.

Is it feasible to conditionally display the OGL tip based on the absence duration (and optionally, the absence type)? I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.
