How do you change the toggle button to a drop-down for 'Working as a Manager'?

Summary:

We noticed that on some pages, the 'Working as a Manager' and 'Working at Home' fields are drop-down, whereas in other places its a toggle switch. For example: Change Assignment is a toggle and Add Nonworker is a drop-down.

I tried making the response required for 'Change Assignment' in hopes that it would change it from a toggle to a drop-down but it did not. I would like to change the way the field is displayed and make it a drop-down.
