Lease Principal Reduction and lease interest got minus after change financial detail

Hi,

I found that the Principal Reduction and lease interest got minus after change financial detail. I would like to know why and how system recalculate when do the change financial detail. The example as below,

Original Finance Lease Information,

Payment Frequency: Monthly

Lease Start Date: 1-Mar-2025

Lease Terms: 36 Months

Payment Amount: 100,000.00

After change financial detail (Change only payment amount from '100,000.00' to '120,000.00', the lease information as below,

New Finance Lease Information,

Payment Frequency: Monthly

Lease Start Date: 1-Mar-2025

Lease Terms: 36 Months

Payment Amount: 120,000.00

After changed, I found that the Principal Reduction got minus at the first period and lease interest got minus at the last period.
