Need suggestion on onhand reservation

Actually we are doing onhand reservation for which item has to pick onhand from one of the subinventory(Sub inv abc) , but the same item will also be used for back to back order types so by the way it has to create workorder for those back to back order types instead of picking from onhand.

Is there a way where we can restrict picking of onhand based up on customer
