Moving data from on-premise essbase/planning application to the cloud

We are trying to move an old "museum" cube from on-premise to the cloud but are having issues getting the data exported in a format we can import.

When I export the data from the on-premise database it's coming across in a completely unreadable format to import into the cloud. Where the planning import process appears to need one line per intersection with all of the dimensions accounted for on each line, the on-premise data file is giving a different format (i.e. line 1 is just an account, line 2 shows one member from all intersections with one data point, line 3 shows members from 2 dimensions and a data point, etc.). I tried to use the Import Level Zero Data function from Calc Manager→ Database
