Mobile View on timecard doesn't have "add" button

Summary:

When employee (via ESS) is trying to submit a timecard for another time period (not the current time period), the add button on the mobile view is not available. Employee needs to click on the "…" to get the to the "add" button which is not intuitive. (see attached)

Is there a way to add back the "add" button for mobile view when another time period is selected?
