What is the REST API for querying Ship-to-Account, Site, Bill-to-Account, Site?

We are trying to generate contracts with a REST API.
Typically, when we generate a contract from the Oracle Fusion Cloud Application screen, we enter the following items.

Ship-to Account Number
Ship-to Site
Bill-to Account Number
Bill-to Site

These items are entered by selecting from a pull-down menu.
So before generating a contract, we need to know the pull-down menu for four items.

What REST API would you use to list the items in the following pull-down menus?

Ship-to Account Number
Ship-to Site
Bill-to Account Number
Bill-to Site
