Complex Type schema issues in Gen 3 vs SOA

Description (Required):

Schemas with multiple restriction doesn’t support and have limitation but can be easily used in SOA 12c. To accommodate this we have make changes in schema where we are anticipating risks of failure transaction and instability of integration.

Use Case and Business Need (Required): Schema had decimal restriction as 26 but when uploaded to OIC it wasn't allowing it and then we got response that OIC supports only up to 18 but that didn't work as well.. So latest it supported was 12.
