HOW TO default a value in LOV based on variable values in Redwood Pages / VB Studio?

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

Summary:

Need to default the Source Subinventory field value (on Redwood Self Service Procurement / Requisitions Create Requisition Line) based on the subinventory value that has the highest Quantity on Hand.

Currently the QOH is displayed within the LOV values in brackets next to the Subinv code (dropdown Source Subinventory), however, I have no idea on how to set the 'defaulted' value to the subinventory that has the most QOH. In essence the Source organization is defaulted when the user selects the source as Inventory on Create Requisition Line, how to default the 'max' source subinventory?
