How can we copy custom refnums from one object to other in OTM?

I am using standard action Copy Refnum on Agent to copy the refnums, when the field is left blank it showcase that all refnums would be copied. But custom refnum doesnt get copied. Is there any alternative way as I have long list of refnum to copy.
