Dock schedule: Reschedule enhancements

Summary:

Adjust Appointment time, Dock schedule: Drag and drop and Dock schedule: Show option creates the event "SHIPMENT – APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED" irrespective of the 1st time scheduled or it is rescheduled. If the above actions used after appoint schedule must raise event "SHIPMENT - DOCK - RE-SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT" instead of "SHIPMENT – APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED"
