Based on the Oracle documentation, If enabled, when a resource manager views utilization of a resource, the application removes the scheduled paid time off hours and absence hours from the capacity hours to display the available hours.

Im creating a resource request / assignment, but im unable to see the absence that I've logged subtracted in the requested total hours.
