What licenses are affected by access to the redwood “Contract Requisitions” screen?

Hello community,

I need your help to know if, when enabling the screen to create Redwood contract requisitions, the licenses affected are Procurement, Self Service Procurement or Contracts licenses?

My doubt arises because currently my client has a large volume of users that would be using this screen and we want to have control over the licensing issue.

Or if you have a page where I can review this I would be very grateful.
