External Email Notification Restriction in UAT / Non Prod Env

Hello, We need to restrict external email notifications being sent to supplier / customers in lower / UAT / Non Prod environment (e.g. PO email, Sourcing RFQ email etc.) . How can we do it at application level.

Is it via the below ?

Oracle BPM worklist —> Admin —> Application Pref —> test Notification Email Address
