Can I input from different sources(NonOracle/Oracle)and Collate all these and generate a Supply plan

For our current client there are various sources non Oracle EBS, Cloud and SAP. We understand that all these sources the master data and transactional data can be integrated to Supply chain planning. But can I create single plan ? We have one source which is non Oracle, another source is EBS and then Cloud. Can I run single supply planning by incorporating data from these different sources ?
