Invalid origin code and destination code attribute in interlocation shipping method

For the template: Interlocation shipping methods in supply planning, an error is showing for origin code and destination code. Although I have made changes to the origin type from Internal location to internal location and then from internal location to location; However, the error is still showing and I am unable to load data.
