Pricing: OM Create Discounts That Accumulate or Cascade 25B

My client needs cascading discounts with multiple discount lists. That is,
Item XX has a 10% discount list,
and within another discount list, an additional 5% discount is required, Two discount lists within one strategy

So, if my item is worth $1,000,
I would apply the first 10% discount, which would be $100.

The total would be $900, and the second 5% discount would be applied, but based on the $900, for a total of $855.

Price list $1,000
minus the 10% discount from the price list
minus the 5% discount, where the remainder is the base.

I've tried this feature.

But within an Apply Pricing Terms algorithm configuration I don't see the Find Applicable Charges step as shown in the image.
