Updating reserve inventory quantities

Summary:

We have a scenario where we want to stop using one facility(facilty A) and transfer all the reserve inventory stock to the other facility(facility B) for that we need to consume all the reserve inventory for facility A at one go.

Could you please recommend API's where we can do a bulk consume. i saw a API Update active inventory is there any similar way for reserve inventory?
