Manual Absence Plan Enrollment Issue

Although the eligibility profile is set up for an absence plan, we have manually enrolled the employees (all of them are satisfied the eligibility conditions) through HDL because of the different start dates of the absence plan. However, one of the employee is not eligible for the absence plan now, and when the scheduled 'Update Accrual Plan Enrollment' process is run for this plan, the enrollment does not end automatically. Is this the intended behaviour of Oracle Cloud HCM?
