FBDI Uploaded Transaction Missing DFF Values in Review Completed Transactions UI

Summary:

We have encountered an issue related to the Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs) not appearing in the Review Completed Transactions UI, despite the transaction being created successfully via FBDI.

We have used the FBDI template for account alias issue transactions, and the following DFF attributes were filled:

  • Attribute1 – Project Code
  • Attribute2 – Deliver to Location / Receiving Location
  • Attribute3 – Tag Number

The context value "Hutchison Telecommunications Lanka (Pvt) Ltd." was specified in the FBDI template to correspond with the DFF segment context.

The transaction was processed successfully and appears in the system. However, when reviewing it in the Review Completed Transactions UI, the DFF fields (Project Code, Deliver to Location/Receiving Location, and Tag Number) do not display.
