Celebrate - Admin access to award or redeem points in Celebrate

Summary:

We are looking for a solution where the points can be awarded centrally by HR Specialist / Admin users. Currently a manager can award or recognize anyone from the team, however there are few awards (with points) which are awarded in bulk to multiple employees in an organization and these are awarded centrally (without involving managers). Since HDL currently (25B) supports only recognitions that don’t include points, we are looking for a way where an Admin user should be able to award or redeem points in Celebrate for multiple users. An admin user can still search a person under MCG
